I'm a guest cameo over at Anti-Bunny!

VinnyD, the fine artist over at Anti-Bunny, has graced me by putting my avatar on the Comic Genesis Forums in his comic! Please check his comic out- it's really good and has a dark art style. It's fresh and unique-- not like all the others!

Fan Art!

I got the most awesome FAN ART from Sasjhwa over at Audio Babe.

I think they did a great job of it too-- Millia has no idea what is going on and is clueless as always! If she were an Animal Talker, it would a whole 'nuther story, but as you all know..she's got the Sight.

Thank you so much Sasjhwa!

Woe is Me & My Dark Ass

Seeing Eye Chick wrote me some awesome poetry and posted it to her blog! I love you Seeing Eye Chick. You Rawk!

Here it is:

"A poem for AmGothia over at American Gothic Daily.

Oh Woe is me and my dark ass

For I have a sense of entitlement that can never be fullfilled.

My Existential Angst is branded and its too much for you sunshine!

I am an expert in Pain! Self Inflicted, Penile Puncture, tattooed testes, ribbed for MY Pleasure.

Spank me Spank Me Vampire Mama,

Because I am a bad little blood-sucking sugar teat.

My bonded fangs sucking the joy out of white middle class suburbia-- My split tongue lapping at the bowl of my mediocrity.

I Whine Incessantly,

For the demonic other to fill my soul with specialness.

Chicks really dig that.

But I know if I were to actually see a Demon, I would crap my pants.

Only German Chicks, really dig that.

So I dress in Black, and I color my eyes a dramatic shade of midnight, To signify the darkness my soul allegedly dwells within.

Feel sorry me, I am so dark, I am so lonely, bUT powerful damnit!

Oh woe is me and my dark ass."

AGD Featured at Comixpedia Front Page

Once again, AGD has been featured over at Comixpedia on the front page celebrating the 100th comic, coming up in a few days! Yay!

Comixpedia right now is improving itself because of Wikipedia's policies on Webcomics.

Wikipedia's so-called "editors" have been deleting webcomic entries based solely on their whims, never looking at how popular a comic is or how long it has been around. Some they have decided to keep are of a much lesser quality than those they threw out? WTF??

So Comixpedia.org is gearing up to improve their Webcomic database, which is patterned off of Wikipedia. Comic Genesis already has this too, but it is limited to only Comic Genesis.

The Comixpedia entry for American Gothic Daily
was helped along by Remus Shepherd of Indefensible Positions. Thanks so much Remus!

Senshi likes boys.... I think.

Prettysenshi wrote this poem about lesbian experimentation. Pretty interesting there Senshi. You can read her comic here. It's called Circle of Arcadia: Knights of the Goddess and it's pretty good and Pagan friendly.

Werewolf Poetry...Robby...You've been beaten!!

"The Lone Wolf"

Once a month the full moon comes
Shining through the eves.
It brightens water on the pond,
Mirrors twigs and leaves.

The wind, it rustles eerily
Through the balmy night.
Hidden in the shadows
Lurks a werewolf in his plight.

Once a man this vicious beast,
He who loved and wept;
Now a shifter into dark,
His secret deadly kept.

Once a kindness he imposed
Toward a lonely beast.
Though a friend at first it was
It's darkness soon increased.

Turned against, an outcast now
This man forever roams...
Seeking others of his kind,
Searching for a home.

This awesome poem was written by Kat of Distant Eras

More Poetry from Robby

There's an empty hole in my chest,
Which I wish would lay down and rest,
Inner turmoil building up inside of me,
Never again will I eat while watching bukkake

More stellar poetry from Robby and Alexander the Great.

Tynan, Manho of the North

Tynan, Manho of the North put this lovely piece of poetry in my chatterbox:

Crawling in my skin
these wounds they will not heal
fear is how I fall
confusing what is real.

His comic is available here.

Ode to Pimpette and Monkeys

So I got this idea....

No one ever sends me fan art, so I'm gonna start collecting fan poetry. I've already gotten some from Robby and Tiny.

This next poem is from Pimpette. She's the creator of Pimpette and Associates, a webcomic about...well...pimping. As the tag line says "we do you 365 days a year!"

Front Page News!

I wandered over to Comixpedia to find AGD on the FRONT PAGE! OH MY GODDESS! How exciting!

I took a screen shot of it for my memory book-- I don't think something like this will ever happen again. I'm now on cloud nine!

Vote for ADG, get to see Luke in the bathtub!

The new Voter incentive this time is Luke taking a bath-- YUMMY! The pose was inspired by this hawt image of the most delicious of vampires Angel as played by David Boreanaz.

For those of you who have never voted before, I'll explain how it works. You click on the link button and are taken to Buzzcomix.net where they rank comics according to vote. You then vote and Buzzcomix will show hawtie Luke. You can then right click on it and keep it for your desktop or files to enjoy all the time. In two weeks, I will change images and put up some new hawt pin-up.

Buzzcomix is one of my biggest referrers of new readers. The higher AGD is in the rankings, the more people find it and click on it-- so it really helps AGD a lot to be ranked as high as possible.

You are allowed to vote once a day, so vote every day if you can! I would sure appreciate it!

AGD featured at AREN!!

The Imbolc edition of AREN's newsletter is out today and AGD is featured in it!

In the interview, I tell everyone where the story is going over the next two years...so if you wanna sneek peek...you better head over there!

I also want to thank Christopher Blackwell for interviewing me as well as picking my comic from all the choices out there. There are many great Pagan and Wiccan comics and I am very honored that he chose mine.
